Our professional and positive management team prides itself on superior clinical outcomes, patient-centered care, and an effective compliance program. We provide comprehensive services in many settings, including Long-Term Care Facilities, Outpatient (Physician Referred) and Schools.

    Our Directors and management team work closely with you to understand your unique requirements and customize a model that enhances your organization and meets your patients' needs. We currently offer two types of Rehab Management Services.

  • Physicians

    We partner with physicians to achieve promising outcomes for their patients, ensuring the highest level of function for their circumstances. We develop treatment programs and protocols around each patient's needs and goals, maintaining an open line of communication with physicians to discuss treatment options and patient progress.

  • CORE Dysphagia Services

    CORE Dysphagia Services, a division of RehabSource, partners with physicians, skilled nursing units, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers to deliver Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES). CORE offers responsive scheduling and an extensive evaluation of your patient's condition. FEES is mobile: we come to you or the patient and provide results and recommendations on the spot.
